During the past few days I have booked 3 rooms from travelodge. On each occasion i had problems with the website stating transaction not completed. I persevered and eventually got the bookings made. Now I find that travel lodge is removing money from my account for the bookings that were not completed. No booking ref or follow up emails relate to these non bookings. Only debits on my account. Travelodge customer services have not really replied to my queries, They seem to have returned a request for booking ref that do not exist.
