I was with talk talk for about a year .
We moved to them as they are very well priced , please do not be fooled by this as there service is incredibly poor.
Not only are there products substandard ( the items are all very cheap looking and as for the Tv it is so slow you feel like throwing it through the window as it takes 10 seconds just to go up a channel )
Then we had a problem on our line and called them to get it fixed , no problem at first and we had an engineer out who diagnosed the problem and said it would be fixed in 48 hours .
It didn't !!!! after 42 days of the service not working and me spending over 8 hours on the phone to them to get it fixed I left there services .
They said they would refund me around £40 which I have not received !! Then they sent me a bill of £275 as we have canceled the contact .
As they could not provide me with the services it was agreed that no such charge would happen .
They are so very poor in every way , poor products , poor service , poor billing .
For a communications company they are not very good at communicating !!!
Pay a bit extra and go with someone else .
You will save in the long run
