in mainland UK some people have no choice but to go with BT. I have had MULTIPLE accounts with them both BUSINESS and DOMESTIC and just because of the company's size, are the people of BT allowed to STEAL. what they call 'technical errors', we would call fraud. If YOU were to adapt your ways of business to those of BT's, if you are not a big company and therefore able to get away with it, you WOULD be done for fraud. FACT. Speak to lawyers. In legal terms I'm sure they have loopholes which exonerate them as criminals but i'm talking about morality and whats right and wrong. BT do not care about this.
