Offered a cheap price to get us hooked, then put the rates up nearly 30% after a year. Assured us that they sent us a letter informing us of the increase and that we are now stuck on a contract for 12 months. Now we have been trying to leave but they have rejected the transfer request because they say the transfer day was a day out. This is incorrect the ECHO system that all suppliers use states that the request date entered by our new suppliers was correct. Conveniently they have now put us on a emergency tariff and raised our rates a further 24%
