Very frustrated with initial impression. Online order showed stock order placed but then received a phone call to say it was actually out of stock and would be a week delay. Described as often happening as other orders are placed etc. Made me feel less inclinced to use company again. Also made me wonder whether other orders were prioritised to take the stock i ordered.
Was also frustrating as i needed to rebook flooring fitter.
Good communication from staff. Easy to contact over the phone.
Delivery man was very helpful. Happy with that service.
