I would definitely recommend that people shop around because Get Me In must be making a small fortune in booking fees - I am giving them the benefit of the doubt when I refer to the extra charge as a booking fee! Obviously they are playing on the fact that people are desparate to get tickets to a particular event, in my case it was Take That. I paid 3x the actual price that was indicated on my ticket and the most annoying part is that Take That won't see a penny of the over inflated extra cost price... This is wrong and in my opinion should be stopped. The act should be able to determine the price of the tickets, not Get Me In.
On the plus side, Get Me In kept me very well informed about the status of my tickets and they were delivered via courier and in plenty of time... So, very reliable!
It might be an idea to give some access guidelines to the venue and some transport advice for those of us who do not live in any of the big cities.
Take That were awesome and Ella Henderson really surprised me... She has a tremendous voice. I probably would't begrudge paying extra for the ticket if I thought that Take That were going to get the money... Afterall, it's their reputation and hard work that has earned them the right to charge high prices. Ella is at the O2 in November but try and pay the correct price for your ticket if you intend to go.
