“DON'T WORK FOR HOME BARGAINS !! ”

I would give no stars if that was an option. I worked at the store in West Bromwich. The management and area manager are a total disgrace. Rude, have no manners and treat staff like rubbish. We use to have so many complaints from customers about how poor this company is. the amount of customers having a go at till staff because management don't rush to do returns or voids. Stock takes were a nightmare because how late we had to stay; Not many staff work there. But won't employ more staff. The area manager is a complete ungreatful person. Who thinks he's gods gift and is very rude and just sits there on his phone. Also management speak in their own language which is very rude when there's customers about and staff members around because they could be talking about us.
