I would never book with Expedia ever again. If I could give the rating a zero then I would but unfortunately it will not allow me to do so. I booked tickets to Amsterdam and paid for the flights and hotel via Expedia. Both myself and my partner reached the check in gate 2 hours prior to departure. After security we looked on the screen and it advised that the gate was due to open in 6 minutes. Within that time my partner visited the bathroom. Within 5 minutes of the gate opening it closed and we were told that the flight had taken off. The flight was due to take off at 6 however we were advised that it had taken off at 5.40. Five other missed the flight also. Complained to Expedia and they sent me a long winded message after 3 weeks about how we wouldn't be reimbursed and that they could only offer us a £50 voucher. I have no intention of ever using Expedia again so see no need for a poxy £ 50 voucher. This has been the worst experience of my life ever.
