“Never Book ANYTHING on Expedia!!!!!!”

I booked a holiday Inn for about 120 bucks via expedia

Then I went to holiday Inn to see their website price

It is actually cheaper!!! only $100 bucks, and they offer breakfast buffet for two adults if you add $10 bucks.

So I emailed Expedia that holiday Inn official website is cheaper, and if they can get me the $10 bucks buffet, they replied me three days later that they cannot give me the buffet. I have to contact holiday Inn myself.

And they say the price match I have to submit a form and claim it within 24 hours of booking. So I am NOT ELIGIBLE for the offer any more. Seriously???If you can reply me within 24 hours like you promised I would be able to claim the price okay????

Anyway I contacted holiday Inn, they say they cannot give me the breakfast deal because I booked via expedia.

I have to pay $10 per adult in order to enjoy the buffet. And I cannot use triple A discount to save 10% when I check in because I did not book via their official website.

Then I emailed expedia again, and also asking if they take triple A, they just said sorry they cannot do anything about it. That is their policy.

so because I book it via expedia, I'm like losing over $40 bucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a horrbile experience and their customer service is even worse!!

Please anyone who is reading this, do not do any business with Expedia!!!They do not care about customers or saving your money.
