Had boiler serviced last week came back from being away a leak appears on my ceiling looked in attic yes pipe leaking as when service done they regased the boiler and obviously did not check for leaks I rang up today they made me pay 95 to get an engineer out today but after many calls still nobody has come out leak continues I should not ave to pay for something that they did plus a damaged ceiling which they say they won't pay for to be repaired there customer service is terrible steer clear of such a company who cannot even reply and r quite happy to leave me with a leak lucky I was not away for longer dread to think of the consequences then they obviously use untrained engineers that's for sure
