“Don't Bother with this company!!!”

From you flowers is AWEFUL! This order was for a funeral. When I saw what was delivered I was so embarrassed. The flowers did not represent the pictured bouquet at all. I called customer service and they informed me that I ordered the regular bouquet, the Web site pictured bouquet was the upgraded version which is at extra cost. At no time was that ever mentioned or does it state on the Web page.. The CS rep asked for a description of what was delivered, he wanted the name of flowers and very precise info. I don't know the names of the flowers but tried to describe them. He said since I can't tell him exactly what it was he can offer a 15% refund. I asked what the 100% satisfaction guarantee meant. He said that without a thorough discription they can't offer that. I took a picture so I will send to CS. He then informed me they will send another upgraded version at no charge. That's a little too late after the funeral...
