“Customer Service - Not Interested - If you have problems”

I think you only have to look at the web url spellt with American "center".

It felt I was taking to agents that were commissioned based, get the holiday done,and move on - customer service, no - just my debit card.


I tried a book a weekend away, paid for it in fully. Then had to chase for the documents a week or more after as there were no documents sent to me. Yes, I did email them before I rang. Someone was on leave, department didn't process it correctly. Not even an apology.

Filled in the check in for flight, no luggage allowance. Strange, I had this option before with this airline? But they booked on their login, possibly as the agent?

Spoke online chat to someone to inform me that I should email the person who booked the holiday. Emailed Two days later nothing, so I phoned them no reply again.
I go through the agent who answered wasn't interested just passed me on to the person who booked the holiday? Why as there was no commission? Didn't want to waste his time it felt.

Spoke to the person who assisted with the documents but she was going on about the person who initially booked the holiday, yeap reminded her that she helped with sending my booking and flight documents that never got sent and I had to chase.

Asked why she hadn't replied to my emails on luggage allowance? Email problems - Really?


She informed I should ring the airline to find out what the luggage allowance is? A tour operator agent said she would give me the phone number. I complained say I am the customer and this should be your bread and butter. Said she would contact me today or tomorrow to find out.

I thought I would find the number and what time they were open til. She could have phoned them to find out and rung me back, maybe? No, she didn't phone, and I am still waiting.

I think their customer service is terrible steer clear. If you do book holiday and have problems, good luck. I think the good reviews have been here for the hotels not the "tourcenter" spelt the American way.

They just want your money and it is just numbers. Feels like they are commissioned based and not interested in providing that service for the customers they should.


Taken myself of their email list with the money spent on holidays I want good customer service - as there no cheap holidays. But even on simple customer service for any business I would not return to a company run like this operator.
