“add black box try to say its not its a plug in”

there just trying it rang them and said in 39 not 21 not having a black box its not its a plug in think im stupid then said would be £1000 more with out so said cancel said would be charge ( dont worry dont agree to charge as not what you agreed to in first place) he will pretend to talk to manager phone on hold 1 min and say ok we wont charge this is how they make money how many of u do say ok ill pay £23 or what ever it is just to get out of it and refund your money what you will get just have to speak to credit card and say not agreed transaction wont cost u nothing dont worry !
