“REFUND OF MONIES OWED”

Quick enough to chase the sale, very poor communication when things dont go according to plan and monies held! Am now a cash buyer but looking elswhere as the aftersales is just as important if not more so!! Shame, it looks as if standards have dropped over the years, please do not respond with your standard reply (if at all) as in all the previous complaints, as its rather boring to say the least!
