“Awful. Just awful.”

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They employ surveyors who are incompetent and can't measure windows properly. They employ fitters who are rude and couldn't care less about the client. They employ drone like automatons who work in their office who publically make out they are concerned at the situation and want to put it right then send you shirty emails basically telling you to put up or shut up(without any meaningful apology) and finally they expect you - despite their own negligence, to wait HALF A YEAR to get some plantation shutters (whilst all the whole holding onto your 50pc deposit!)

This company is the absolute pits and I would rather gauge my eyes out with a rusty knife than have anything ever do to with them again.
