Really poor customer service. I have never known anything like it. A real challenge to get it set up and my bills were wrong for about the first 6 months. I had a separate phone and online account which meant speaking to several different departments every time I had a basic question. I was often left on hold for 30 mins + or just hung up on. You can spend 20 mins explaining something to one person only to be put through to someone else who has no idea what your talking about. No one will give you there name and amazingly no one has a direct number or an email address, even senior managers. I ended my contract 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for my promised refund in the post.
