Everything I expect of a travel agent and I can do it from the comfort of my own home via the Internet, I bought two tickets for the price I expected to pay for one! I would have liked to know more about travel insurance as I was not given the chance to purchase any. The e tickets make everything easy to understand, the only downside is the tickets were changed as the airline made changes but our departure duration seems a much shorter journey, so I am double checking times just incase as it is unusual!on our outward journey we leave in the evening and arrive at our destination approx 23 hours later on our departure we arrive only 10 hours later. doesnt make sense to me I think our ticket should read arrival one day later.........I have sent an email to customer services asking them to double check our arrival date
