“Dreadful Customer Service - Rubbish Signal 4g....Really??”

I have just come out of my contract (thank God). Have finally escaped from this poor excuse for a mobile phone company.
Was originally an Orange customer which I found to be pretty good. How can changing to EE who apparently use same network be SO bad. A general lack of signal strength which got worse as soon as phone got a 4g signal.
Got this as a deal through work, speaking to many of my work colleagues all have had similar experiences.
EE staff claim to have no knowledge of this problem and now feel it appropriate to sell you a signal booster to use at home??
Really useful if you stay at home all the time, next they won't be calling it a mobile at all. As soon as I leave my house it's touch and go if I will get a useable signal.
My wife is also with EE and works in a local hospital. She is unable to receive any sort of signal, despite working in a large town in the south west of UK. She has to leave the hospital premises each lunch break and walk for a couple of minutes before she gets any type of signal to check her missed calls and messages.
Our combined monthly bill was £72 per month so can't even say at least it's cheap. Be warned don't listen to all the hype and claims of best coverage or fastest data. If I had my way it would be renamed F all Everywhere.
