Given all the bad reviews this has I nearly withdrew my claim as the impression is that you'd be better off giving your phone to a man in the street...

However I dropped a phone I had got 30 hours before, on an insurance policy I'd activated 28 hours before attached to a bank account I'd had 48 hours. I was expecting a fight, but no they accepted my claim no bother fixed my phone in 4 days. It came back fully working all highlighted damage repaired (jammed in volume button and cracked camera) and is still the same phone with the same Imei. There are some tiny blemishes remaining but they do state they do not repair cosmetics, they have managed to polish it up well though.

Also £30 excess on a 500+ quid phone is very cheap.
