“BEWARE BREAKDOWN COVER”

Having tried to upgrade to Family Membership twice and paid twice it appears that out of 400 days approx my daughter was only covered for 40!! They very cleverly do not include dates on their letters just when the membership starts, not the period it covers, be warned and be aware.
