I am totally stressed out by this company. I have spent so much time and money trying to get through to this company with no response. How ABTA allow them to treat people in this manner is totally unbelievable and disgusting, they need to step in.
I have been trying in vain to get hold of this company for days now. I work hard all year to pay for my holiday for my family and they have caused me nothing but stress. When they respond all they go on about is how they will pass this on to the team blah blah blah..i dont believe this happens.
What exactly is the problem...in April it was issues with the phone line, now its high demand..they must be in cahoots with the phone companies. I hope that the media pick this company up soon.
I have submitted a web enquiry again, but i dont expect a response.
This is very upsetting, customers deserve better.
I still need to speak to them reference the holiday i have booked so the farce of trying to speak to a human continues. I Wish that i had booked with a reputable company...my mistake, dont make the same one..you holiday will mean more to you than that!
