On March, I have bought 2 tickets for the portuguese Maroon 5 concert. It was supposed to be a birthday present for my 14 year old daughter. I've been waiting for the tickets to be delivered until now.
The information I've got from Viagogo is that tickets would be available the week before the concert. But we're just a couple of days away from the concert (the concert is on June the 17th) and still no tickets, and no information.
I've trusted a company and it seems that I will not be able to get the tickets.
Lousy service and no respect for the client.
Even if I will get the money back later, how can I explain to a teenage girl that has been dreaming on this event for months, that after all she will not attend the concert?
What a disappointment...
I will never trust Viagogo again
