Do not use this company as they're totally unprofessional and useless. Flowers delivered on the wrong day for a funeral even though the confirmation they sent had the correct date. This was very upsetting for the bereaved family and embarrassing for myself. After complaining they took a very arrogant stance and said "they got the flowers, what's the problem".
