having presented my local Kuoni branch with a fairly complicated requirement it was dealt with professionally, helpfully, with good humour and a great deal of patience. My thanks go, in particular, to that member of staff.
I'm not sure that you are considering the rain forests as I received a new printed invoice every time I made a tiny adjustment to the booking - why not wait until all was settled?? A minor quibble.
