“Faulty Blind”

After fitting a blind supplied by Terrys Fabrics,I noticed a fault which meant that the blind did not operate properly,I sent an email off to customer services explaining the problem,within two days they had sent a replacement blind..no quibbles..now that's what I would call excellent customer service.
