“Not what I ordered ”

Order 24hours late, after a phone call to find out where delivery was. Completely different flowers from bouquet ordered, wrong colours, wrong size, even the names on greeting card was wrong.
Still dealing with very elusive adviser, numerous phone calls and emails sent, would certainly not recommend this company. Not value for money. Avoid at all cost unless you're not bothered what gets delivered.
