“Never Again!”

My order arrived smashed to pieces. I rang customer services immediately, which was India. I could hardly understand what the operator was saying, but managed to convey that my items were in a totally unusable condition. He promised a replacement would be shipped within 7-10 days. That was over a fortnight ago. I've been emailing Ideal World for an update and explanation but they just ignore them. Clearly, they had no intention of replacing my items but I'm not letting it go. They have no concept of customer service.I wish I'd read these reviews before I'd ordered from this company. Never again.
