“A delivery company that can't deliver, what a surprise.”

Ordered something from eBay which was to be sent via parcelforce. We rearranged the initial delivery as it was due to arrive on a day when no one would be home, thought it was good of them to let us rearrange this so simply. On the day the parcel was supposed to arrive my partner was waiting in especially for it. When there was no sign of a delivery driver by mid afternoon, he called them up and our parcel had been left at the depo. So that was a wasted day.

We then rearranged for another day, this time we call first thing in the morning to check it was on the truck. It wasn't. It is now, I'll be very surprised if it turns up in the time window they've given.

I have very little faith in delivery companies. This is the third company to mess up in the past few months.
