Bought a camera on Monday as they were offering the cheapest price on line . Got a text emails from the courier service UK Mail when item is dispatched and delivery time .I had to go out when the item was going to be delivered. Come home, expect a card for delivery service .No card no delivery. Track it online and it says it says delayed and signed for I got in touch Customer services who were very polite and helpful and called me back within a solution so my son get his camera for his birthday on the Friday .The camera arrived on Thursday morning and the first order arrived in the afternoon ,the courier had left it at the wrong address and had gone back for it . Buyacamera have a Excellent service and next day delivery. good product. would highly recommend.I cannot thank you enough for such an prompt response and service.. I really can't fault them Mr K FORD
