Me and my friend booked a holiday with icelolly.com and rang up a1 travel about changing the name over. The manager on the phone the manager is a rude and talks to you in disrespectful way. She said that the whole situation was 'petty' and she was getting annoyed and if we didn't stop ringing them up over the name change she would block our numbers on the system. After she spoke to my dad on the phone after getting no sense off the so called manager didn't change her attitude shouting at my dad who is high in a business work environment. She is rude. And to say it was a customer service advice line she was not helpful at all. Also looked her up on facebook and what she writes about her customers is disgusting!!! Never again will I book with this company again!!! Thomas Cook all the way!!! Be warned never book with this company again!!!
