this company has ruined my family's holiday, we managed to save enough money to go away to Tunisia for week, it was all last minute and found a holiday departing in 6 days, we booked on line through there website and paid in full as they requested, they sent me a email and I printed of the receipt, the following day being Monday they called to say the holiday was not available due to no flights available, they said they would call me back with alternatives but never did, I could not change the dates of my holiday as was not able to through work. I called again and they said they couldn't help, I went to another holiday provider and found a similar holiday flying on the sunday, they needed payment in full as I was flying within 5 days. I called on the beach as money was not in my account and said could take up to 5 days. I explained I needed the funds to pay for this holiday but said couldn't help. so me, my partner and 2 kids are no longer going on holiday. thank you on the beach. please be aware!!
