On Saturday I booked flights online for a family of four. It was the best price and a seamless process. On receipt of the etickets a few minutes later I went onto the airline's website to choose seats but it wouldn't work. I emailed the agent on Sunday afternoon and the same day got a comprehensive reply by email from Jimmy providing a UK telephone number for the airline (based in the Far East) and a reference number for them. Five minutes on the phone this morning and job done! Many thanks.
