Still Trying just to get a new Builder Supply Electricity Meter after 8 weeks, phone calls, messages, delayed and missed appointments is like a nightmare. Causing chaos to build schedule and inconvenience to us, you would never believe. As they don't have own engineers, its a case of pass the book!!Even frustrating for own staff, as have an advisor trying to help but communication is not at all clear. I am now going to have to look at compensation for such terrible service. Will anyone at edf really look into this? I'll see...
