I purchased 5 Neff kitchen appliances from Appliance World and cannot fault both their service on line and on telephone and particularly their after delivery/sales service. Staff were great, prices were fantastic and delivery was on time. Two of my appliances unfortunately had faults with them, (not Appliance World's fault), but Appliance World handled this matter directly for me, and one of my appliances was replaced with a new one. They also arranged for a new part for the other appliance.You would not get a better service from any big retailer in the High Street, but would end up paying a great deal more money for the appliances. When staff said they would phone back, they did, and they actioned my problems. This is great service from dealing with an online company, and has always been my fear of making a big purchase on line, of something going wrong and not being able to contact them. This was certainly not the case with Appliance World. Great prices, great service, what more can I say.
