Contacted EE now on a number of occasions for an unlocking code, to be told each time it will take 7 days to arrive. I am still waiting for this code 10 days later. Every time I have rang they have told me to ring a different number and I just feel like I have been completely fobbed off. Terrible service and I am glad I am leaving.
