“No parcel, no help, absolutely terrible service!!!”

Ordered an expensive pair of sunglasses which I never received. The company are useless, no help offered in resolving the situation. basically my word against theirs. So I have to loose out because of their poor service!! Absolutely disgusted! For an international company I would expect better. Customer service obviously doesn't matter with ups!!
