“Good People and Fair Approach”

A recent purchase of a BMW X5 from Chrome was a very good experience indeed. Not only was the car what I wanted and accurately described, it was the way these guys approach the process which impressed. They explained the warranty in full and all the pitfalls but equally they chose to share some background on low feedback ratings on this site, and when you hear how hard it is for a used product business dealing with many people who see things differently - you understand! It appears these guys get both credit when deserved and the odd rough ride. I would recommend them all day long and advise others to try them - they don't disappoint.
