We bought 4 tickets for Fleetwood Mac on 13 th November 2014 at 8.30am ( the morning they went on sale) Seatwave was the first site that came up when we Googled 'fleet wood Mac tickets'.The site looked Bona fide and no where did it say it was a secondary selling site. We paid £1400 for 4 tickets, face value £396.00.
My gripe is that at the time of purchase Seatwave did not have the tickets to sell, therefore they took money from us dishonestly. We did not receive any information from Seatwave despite sending several e mails. The tickets finally became available literally a week before the concert (27th may).
I have e mailed them since and got very little help. I said I was totally dissatisfied, but have since heard nothing.
Our seats were great and we had a brilliant evening, at that price we jolly well should have!
I'm sure they are a good site for people wanting to go to events that are sold out. But what they did to us was appalling.
I am not going to let this lie, and will keep trying to get some money back.
