The worst online travel company ever
we have been trying to get hold of this company for 3 days now to make final instalment payment for my first ever girls holiday without mum and dad and to do a name change as one of our friends cant now go unfortunately. My friends and I have worked extra shifts on top of college and saved hard for months forfeiting lots and lots of nights out to pay for this holiday, we are now stressed and frightened the holiday wont go ahead because nobody can get hold of Loveholidays.com they are a disgrace.
So far it has been a nightmare, I cannot get hold of loveholidays.com despite repeatedly trying.
I have been left on hold for up to 2 hours at a time and a total of 6 hours over the last 3 days, I have emailed them, tweeted them, facebooked them and so has my mum, On social media facebook and twitter there are thousands of people complain this week on loveholiday pages, all have been trying to get hold of this company with no luck, some people have been trying for 8 days.
we are really worried this company has gone bust and My friends and I will have lost our money and our first ever grown up holiday without parents will be lost.
I have put a complaint into ABTA.
What sort of holiday company refuse to talk to their customers, this company is a joke, I will never ever use them again and I would recommend that no one else does either as the stress and uncertainty about my holiday is just too upsetting.
