They didn't send out the order, despite me being charged for it.

General Comments
I ordered a 60 day supply of the Long 'N' Strong shampoo and conditioner over a month ago from Rush Industries. I paid for Rush delivery, and 40 days later I'm still waiting. I've sent customer service a letter five separate times already, and I still have not received any word about what is going on. My order was small, but it's the principal. I live out in Hawaii and money is hard to come by.
