“Not happy!”

I bought a duvet set for my daughter which was supposed to be a white base colour with pink flowers. Instead of white, the duvet was a shade of pink and didn't look nice. I spoke to customer services and then sent them an email with a picture. I could get a refund but I would have to pay for the return myself even though the item I bought was not as advertised! They said the image I saw is for illustration only! If I wanted a pink duvet, I would have bought it! I wanted white! Thank goodness the duvet was on sale and only cost £10. It's not worth me paying for the return and then getting a refund! I won't be using them again!
