I've used review centre for years and I do like the website and the platform it gives customers to leave honest feedback. One small issue is it can be a bit of a faff to leave a review.
My main complaint a large number of very similarly written 4 and 5 star reviews which never have any specific details about the experience. I've also noticed some negative reviews seem to go missing, so I strongly suspect certain businesses 'manage' their reviews. To be fair it is the same on Amazon; sellers/authors having fake reviews published and negative ones voted down.
So while I would recommend this website to friends I would advise them to be careful if something smells too good to be true. I mean who leaves 5* 'amazing' reviews for any product or service?
I think moderately positive reviews with specific details are more likely to be accurate. Likewise if there is a trend of similar problems in the negative reviews then I'm more likely to believe it is not just some whack job with a vendetta against the company.
Overall review centre is a good site but I would like to see more done to ensure 'amazing' 5* reviews are genuine.
