Although my problem was fixed within a couple of days (2 days without a website) I never found out what had caused the fault, I still don't know if the problem lay at my end or not and so can't avoid it recurring.
The support staff don't seem to want to help people who are struggling to understand the technical software and if they do answer questions its in a very curt, short manner.
There is always a response but it rarely has any real information within.
