New tenant in property supplied by Scottish power, took them 3 days to get my gas sorted and I was informed on 2nd evening someone would be out within 4 hours to sort supply, got to 2 in the morning no one had been. Customer service is a disgrace they pass you from one department to another to be cut off at times, awful awful careless unhelpful company
