“very poor customer service, not reliable at all”

I went to Carpet Right because I thought the quality of the service would be better than any B&Q or Homebase but I was wrong...
I chose a luxury laminate floor which I had to chase up to get it set. (I am not even mentioning the 1000 times I called the store, found engaged telephone lines or been asked to call back the following day). Very poor customer service, very good when ordering the production though.
Then the date for the flooring set in my flat was wrong and took a day off for nothing and not to mention that I dismantled my kithen and had to reinstall it the same day again for nothing.
And now, I have noticed that some water went under the vinyl floor (wich made some white marks because of the limescale) because the guy who set the floor didn't seal properly with silicone... I will do it myself, as I want to stay away from CARPET RIGHT !
