After 12 months of searching , we finally found the perfect sofas , Italian styling, sumptuous leather and reclines so smoothly it was like its on rails. The day it came it clunked when reclining and karate chopped you on the back of the head. Then the stitching began to unravel . These sofas were over £4000 and to say I was displeased is an understatement . I rang furniture village and was ready for an argument (knowing what some companies after care are like once they have your cash) but no, they sent a technician to sort it out promptly . Although he sorted out the issue the problem returned again and again, so much so that after 6months of trying to sort the problem , furniture village replaced the whole suite with absolutely no quarrel . How refreshing (and amazing) that a company really does value its customers . I can say with confidence ,if I want furniture , furniture village will be my 1st choice and I can highly recommend them. It's not just the furniture, it's the aftercare too. There's many a company that could learn a thing or too from their example. Many thanks FV, Julie Snowball
