I am absolutely disgusted at the poor level of customer service received at Tyseley branch in Birmingham. After placing our order on the 15th March we still have no delivery on our bedroom furniture with a baby due in 10 days time! After been told 8-10 weeks.. It has now been over 12 weeks and they just drag their heels. I have tried to cancel this order to which I have been told I can't and as have paid in full am been refused a refund! I will never shop at, recommend or otherwise any of cousins stores and would advise anyone thinking about purchasing items to seriously reconsider unless you've got a lot of time on your hands and are in no rush to recieve your goods.
