I bought a ticket from Stubhub to see The Manic Street Preachers at Southampton as a surprise present for my son who is away at university. The ticket was estimated to arrive at his flat on Monday 1-6-15 and as it turned out it was delivered on the Friday 29-5-15 so it arrived in extra time for him to make arrangements to travel to Southampton. The concert was brilliant and he had a fabulous experience with no hassles.
The whole process from choosing the concert venue and arranging the ticket to be delivered to my son went smoothly and i was really pleased. They kept me informed of the process and contacted me when the ticket had been dispatched and promptly answered any questions i had. Both my son and I have used other ticket providers before and had lots of problems. I will certainly be using them again and very pleased to recommend them to others.
From past experiences with other ticket providers i was expecting the worst, but i was impressed with Stubhub. I emailed their Customer services with questions, they replied within the hour. Made a nice change from ringing a number for hours on end with no answer.
