“Lies, lies and more lies”

I searched for a new Samsung Curved 4k TV and surprised to see the BT Shop being significantly cheaper than all other outlets. As a serious online purchaser of enviable credit rating, I was astonished that I had calls from them asking for more security questions than needed to get a passport (driving license, banks statements, community charge ID, etc) - supposedly to check my ID.

The item was 'in stock to ship with 1-3 days and I am in to two weeks now with nothing from them. I call every day and am promised an update which never comes.

There service is terrible as it transpires they do not have it in stock and are relying on a 3rd party who will be shipping the item.

IT IS NOT WORTH the risk of shopping here if they appear cheaper - it will be a disaster and one to regret for a long time. You have been warned.
