Excellent customer service. The most economic I have found for fully com cover. When I unfortunately had to make a claim last year and rang the contact line the staff were really helpful they handled everything for me from dealing with the other party's insurance to getting me a solicitor and arranging a doctors appointment to check for personal injury's.
They kept me informed all the way through and even got me a replacement vehicle at no cost to myself so I could carry on doing my voluntary work with the British Heart Foundation.
I was paid out very quickly and was able to buy another vehicle which I have also insured with this company.
I am very impressed with the way customers are treated and would not hesitate to recommend them to other potential customers.
